We at Soybird are excited to announce a delicious new collaboration with the Athens-based sourdough artisan Bobota.gr. Together, we’re bringing you a unique hands-on workshop that celebrates the art, science, and joy of traditional sourdough bread.
Led by Giorgos Tasoulas, the heart and hands behind Bobota.gr, this workshop is an invitation to slow down, connect with the process of natural fermentation, and explore the timeless practice of sourdough baking.
