About the Class
Roll up your sleeves and dive deep into Japanese cuisine — modern, sustainable and made entirely from plants. A small, friendly group in the heart of Athens, with a local host guiding you step by step. Because we think that's simply the more delicious way forward.
Ramen is one of the world's great comfort foods — a rich, layered broth built with patience and intention. In this class you learn to make four broths from scratch: Spicy Miso, Peanut Coconut, Creamy Tonkotsu and Curry. Alongside that, you fold your own gyoza from handmade dough with four different fillings, prepare Rayu chili oil, Fukujinzuke pickles and seasonal vegetable toppings. Working in small teams, each group takes the lead on 2–3 elements depending on complexity. We cook together, then we eat together — bowls full, table loud, nothing left.
No experience needed. Our hosts guide you through every step — this is cooking, not a lecture. All levels welcome.

SIGNATURE DISH
Gyoza with Mock Duck Filling
Handmade dough, rolled thin and folded by hand — filled with tender mock duck, seasoned with ginger, garlic and a touch of
sesame. Pan-fried until the bottom is golden and crisp, the top still soft and steamed. Served with a soy chili dip that cuts right
through the richness. The gyoza guests always want to take home the recipe for.
