About the Class
Roll up your sleeves and cook authentic Greek classics from fresh, seasonal ingredients — modern, sustainable and made entirely from plants. A small, friendly group in the heart of Athens, with a local host guiding you step by step. Because we think that's simply the more delicious way forward.
Greek cuisine has always been rooted in the garden — in olive oil and herbs, in the slow rhythm of the seasons, in cooking that is generous by nature. In this morning class we celebrate that tradition and push it forward: nine dishes cooked from scratch, ingredients sourced with care, and a menu that proves bold flavour needs no compromise. Working in small teams, each group takes the lead on 2–3 dishes depending on complexity. We cook together, then we eat together — everything on the table, shared the way it should be.
No experience needed. Our hosts guide you through every step — this is cooking, not a lecture. All levels welcome.

SIGNATURE DISH
Piperies Florinis Gemistes
Macedonia's most celebrated pepper — deep red, sweet and full of character. We slow-roast them until the skin blisters and
the flesh turns silky, then fill them with seasoned grains and fresh herbs, finished with good olive oil. Simple, seasonal,
unforgettable. The dish that shows exactly what this class is about.
