Welcome to the tofu workshop!

Would you like to learn how to make tofu and then prepare it in a variety of delicious ways? Then you've come to the right place! In this workshop, we will make firm and silken tofu together, learn the basics of different cooking and preparation methods and taste the tofu with a selection of delicious sauces and dips.

We will start with making firm and silken tofu by learning the traditional methods and techniques. You will be surprised how easy it is to make your own tofu and how much fun it is to go through the different steps together.

After making our own tofu, we will try different cooking methods to see how the flavor and texture can change. From frying to baking to grilling, we will explore different ways to make tofu delicious.

Of course, the sauces and dips are not to be missed! We will prepare a selection of homemade sauces and dips that go perfectly with tofu and give it an extra layer of flavor.

At the end of the tasting, we will share our impressions and rate the tofu together. It will be an opportunity to share our favorite recipes and tips and gather new ideas for preparing tofu.
