Homemade Pasta Cooking Class

3,5-Hours Vegan Cooking Course

In this pasta cooking class, you will immerse yourself in the world of fresh, homemade pasta

and learn how to make three different types of noodles:

Fusilli verdi (semolina dough with spinach puree)

Tortelloni (00 flour and semolina dough with a touch of turmeric)

Cavatelli (simple semolina dough).

 

We will begin by making the dough together, which will need to rest for 30-60 minutes.

During this time, we will prepare delicious sauces, a vegan dessert, and Cashew Mozzarella and Almond Ricotta.

 

Be inspired by authentic Italian cuisine and enjoy the experience in a cozy, small-group setting.

Fusilli verdi al pesto genovese 

Freshly made fusilli pasta coloured with spinach, served with pesto, string beans and potatoes 

 

Tortelloni with ricotta and spinach 

Handmade ravioli with a ricotta* and spinach filling, cream sauce and pistachios 

 

Cavatelli al forno 

Handmade cavatelli with tomato sauce, fried aubergine and mozzarella*, baked in the oven 

 

The pasta will be served with "poor man's parmesan" (crunchy bread crumbs) 

 

Dessert

Torta Caprese 

(Gluten free chocolate cake made with almond flour, from Capri)
