Chocolate Hazelnut Caramel cheesecake
(Hazelnuts, Cashew, Cacao, Dates, Cacao butter) 

 

Vanilla & Strawberry jelly cheesecake
(Almonds, Cashew, probiotics, Strawberries, Coconut oil, Agar).

 

In this demo-workshop you will learn

  • how to make different crusts and creams

  • how to make a date caramel

  • how to make our own plant-based milk

  • how to make a cultured cheesecake by fermenting cashew with probiotics

  • how to make a strawberry jelly with agar agar

  • how to make cake decorations such as chocolate sauce, energy balls, etc.

  • how to decorate a cheesecake.
     

A course takes place with a minimum of 6 participants.
